Wellbeing


I wanted to do a post about looking after our well being. By this I mean promoting a sound mind and body....It is important for us to take care of ourselves and get the most from life.   here are just some small practical steps to help keep us on that path.
1. Talk - Open Up

2.Keep active- have fun
3.Eat well- stay nourished
4.Drink- in moderation
5.Keep positive friendships active
6.Have regular health checks
7.Take a break- relax
8.Activate your hobby/pleasure principle
9.Take comfort in the skin you are in
10.Share the love..show care to others.
