Strength!!!!

I truly believe we can learn and grow in abundance by observing nature.

Recently I was walking through one of my many local  parks and noticed there were lots of branches on the ground , as though strewn violently and without care. It was then that I remembered there were high winds the night before. The force oft the winds broke and blew off the branches that were the weakest that could not withstand the pressure . Despite  being under the cover of stronger branches the weaker ones fell prey to the might of the wind. 

And I say this...........life will throw uncertain surprises at us , often when we least expect ....mostly to test us, to make us of stronger character, people of substance.............. In this world as it currently stands only the strongest survive...this life can be a  survival of the fittest, so we have to be strong, fit and mentally agile. We have to make time to take care of ourselves, eat well. live a life of balance and surround yourselves with positive forward thinking and moving minds. People who bring out the best in us and us them. People who can grow with you and allow you to embrace  your better self. Come on people live your best life!!

Starting something new!

The thing about staring something new ...is.... starting!! It can seem ever so daunting and  overwhelming, which can further  prolong the start of things. So here I am... starting my very first post on my new blog.

Here I will be catalogging aspects of my life and using this blog as an outlet and a platform for discussion. A place we can share, advise and support each other. So feel free to leave comments and take part in discussions.
